These terms cover the USA Research Group LLC website and courses sold directly by USA Research Group LLC. Separate product terms apply when you use or buy from a linked product or platform. A signed consulting agreement governs the consulting work it describes.

Using the site and your account

Use the site lawfully. To buy a course, you must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account and order information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share or resell account access, interfere with the site, or bypass access controls.

Course orders and access

Before placing an order, review the course description, total price, payment schedule, access period, technical requirements, and any course-specific cancellation or refund terms. A purchase is a one-time charge unless checkout expressly describes a recurring plan and you agree to it. An order confirmation identifies what you purchased. Access begins after payment is confirmed or on the release date shown before purchase. Contact us if your order is confirmed and you cannot access the course.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility and any request deadline will be disclosed before payment. To ask about a cancellation or refund, email us with the email address used to order and your order reference. Do not send payment card details. If we cannot deliver a course as described, contact us so we can restore access or address the order. These terms preserve any cancellation, refund, or other rights that apply by law.

Course materials and permitted use

Course access gives you a personal, limited right to use the materials for learning during the stated access period. You may download materials when the course offers a download for personal use. Unless the material carries a separate license or we give written permission, do not redistribute, publicly post, resell, or share recordings, templates, or other course materials. We may suspend access for fraud, unauthorized sharing, or material violations of these terms.

Educational content

Courses provide general education. Third-party tools, interfaces, and pricing can change, and examples do not guarantee business, income, or other outcomes. Website and course content do not replace professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Changes and contact
