Michael Clark
Michael Clark is a technology entrepreneur and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience in technology, digital infrastructure, and business systems.
Michael began his technology career in 1999 as a Systems Administrator at National Dentex, where his responsibilities included Linux servers, network infrastructure, firewalls, system security, automation, backups, and disaster recovery.
In 2004, Michael founded Cinch I.T., a managed technology services company serving small and mid-sized businesses. As founder and CEO, he helped build the company around managed IT services, network infrastructure, proactive maintenance, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud solutions, business continuity, and strategic technology consulting.
Michael led Cinch I.T. for 11 years before selling the company in 2015.
Following the sale, Michael founded USA Research Group in 2015. Today, he leads the firm's work across AI automation, executive AI consulting, business-process automation, technical SEO and AI search optimization, and fractional CTO leadership.
His approach combines the perspective of a technical professional, company founder, former managed-services CEO, business operator, and strategic advisor. Michael helps organizations make better technology decisions, improve operational efficiency, oversee vendors, strengthen digital infrastructure, and build systems that support long-term growth and enterprise value.
